Cabling, WiFi, internet, phones, cameras and every desk set up and tested before your team walks in. One local team working alongside your contractor.
The internet circuit that takes 45 days. The cabling nobody planned. The phones that do not work on Monday.
Most office moves go sideways in the same places: the internet order was placed too late, cabling was an afterthought after the walls closed, the contractor and the IT person never talked, and the first week in the new space is spent fixing printers and calling carriers.
We take the technology side of the move off your plate. We plan it with your contractor from the start, run and test the cabling, design the WiFi, order and chase the internet and phone providers, move and reconnect every device and test it all before your team arrives.
Office moves and build-outs are the projects we enjoy most, and we do them every month.
A walkthrough of your new space and a written timeline and quote, including the dates that cannot slip.

Only need cabling or WiFi? We do those as standalone projects too.
Being clear about fit saves everyone time.
Our office is on Shea Boulevard. We are on site for walkthroughs, installs and move day.
We handle office moves and build-outs across Scottsdale, including the Airpark, Kierland, McCormick Ranch, DC Ranch and Old Town, and throughout Phoenix and the Valley.
As early as you can, ideally when you are choosing or building out the space. Internet circuits can take 30 to 60 days to install, and cabling is far cheaper before walls close. Even with a few weeks notice we can still make move-in day work.
Cabling and the network closet, WiFi design and installation, internet and phone provider orders, firewall and switching, moving and reconnecting computers, printers and phones, security cameras and access, and testing everything before your team arrives.
Yes. We work alongside general contractors, electricians, low-voltage subs and building management every week. We give the contractor the cabling and power requirements early so nothing has to be redone.
Yes. We order the circuits, chase the install dates, meet the technicians on site and make sure the phones and internet are live before the move, so your team does not spend the first week on hold with a carrier.
Not if it is planned. Most moves are done over a weekend: equipment moves Friday night, everything is reconnected and tested Saturday and Sunday, and your team walks in Monday to working desks.
Yes. Cameras, recording and remote viewing are installed alongside the cabling, so it is one team and one schedule.
It depends on the size of the space, how much cabling is needed and what equipment moves or gets replaced. We walk the new space and give you a written, itemized quote.
No. We handle moves and build-outs as standalone projects. Many clients start with a move and stay for managed IT, but it is not required.
